- This system is for cars with 4 coil springs (both front and rear) If you have rear air suspension but want to upgrade to coil springs on the rear, go to the rear air suspension equipped page (CLICK HERE) and select from the drop down menu.
- Front includes Ridetech HQ (rebound adjustable) front coil over system with spanner wrench, thrust bearings and all hardware and parts needed for installation.
- Rear includes Ridetech HQ (rebound adjustable) shocks, bolt-on billet adjustable spring perches, rear 2.5″ coil over springs, thrust bearings and all hardware and parts needed for installation.
- This system lowers the vehicle anywhere from 1.0-3.0″ and provides exceptional handling while not compromising ride quality
- Front spring rate: 650 lb / Rear spring rate: 200 lb (additional spring rates are available upon request)
- INCLUDES SPC camber kit to get vehicle into alignment.

Wow! How this is the first review of this kit is beyond me. My ’08 P71 is a totally different car after installing this kit. The ride is unbelievable, and the amount of adjustment that each component can support is just astounding. The installation was fairly simple and straightforward. The hardest part was getting the old components out. Another huge plus is that Chris is the man when it comes to customer support. I can’t wait to finish out the rest of my suspension with the front and rear swaybar kits and new control arms and watts link in the rear.

Can’t say enough about how awesome this kit is. At lowered height and recommended settings the car handled fantastic, and rode as comfortable as stock. Take it to a track, lower the springs a little, and stiffer the dampers and it sticks to the road, and responds instantly. I also run metco control arms, and watts links now and the car is also 5 speed swapped and it’s by far the favorite of all my builds.

If you want to lower your panther, this is the kit you need. No compromises, no cutting springs… ADTR coilovers are what you want. The height and rebound adjustment alone are worth the price tag. Handling is greatly improved on corners and is very comfortable for daily driving. Register your coilovers and shocks with RideTech and you’ll get a 1,000,001 mile warranty for those parts.

Installation was a breeze, the hardest part was pulling out the stock suspension but even that was terrible. This kit comes with everything you need and it is very high quality!

I chose to go with this kit because it includes everything I need to bolt on coilover suspension to my CVPI and I have to say it is one of the best handling and most comfortable cars I have driven with suspension upgrades. I also have the massive rear arm and watts link kit which helps the rear coilovers a ton. If you can afford it, get this kit and skip the cheap lowering options. It only took me around 5 hours to install the kit on a lift and proper tools, I can imagine if you have a good tool collection doing this on the ground wouldn’t be too hard either.

Want your Crown Vic to handle right? Buy this. I’ve put many miles on other CVPI suspension setups (eg, stock, KYB/custom springs) and this is an entirely different game. On a different plane of existence. I wish I had put my money into this system from the beginning. If you’re on the fence about this system vs. a good-quality spring/shock setup, do NOT let yourself think that you’re going to get most of the performance for half the cost. All these other five-star reviews ahead of mine? Bang on. The handling improvement alone is worth the price. The adjustability alone is worth the price. This is the one. No compromises. No disappointments.
