ADTR Supercharger System (1998-2002 Panthers)

Description

Finally an supercharger system that’s specifically for 98-02 Crown Vics, Grand Marquis and Town Cars!  Only other thing you’ll need to complete is a computer tune / dyno tune.

This system includes:

• Vortech V3 self contained supercharger
• Mandrel bent and bead rolled aluminum intercooler piping with silicone couplers and T-bolt style clamps standard
• Air to air intercooler core with mounting bracketry
• Vortech Maxflow Race bypass valve (set up for blow through operation)
• Intercooler system will handle 500+ hp efficiently
• Aeromotive 340 LPH fuel pump / SCT slot style MAF / 39# injectors
• Coolant reservoir and power steering reservoir relocation kits and hoses
• Fan shroud with mounts / air intake filter housing with K&N cone filter
• Lower radiator hose / all misc hoses and clamps will be included
• Requires dyno tuning, no tune is included with purchase!
• On 2000 model year car will need to verify three bolt or single bolt style drive belt tensioner*
• Self contained supercharger needs normal oil changes.  Suggested intervals are initially 2500 miles and then after that every 7,500 miles
• Normal production time is 4-6 weeks as all systems are built to order (There are no refunds on custom built orders)
• Coating or polishing on intercooler, intercooler piping and supercharger head unit is extra.  Select from drop down menu above (Note ceramic or heat extraction coating takes an additional 2-3 weeks for production)
• Can not be shipped to the state of California as system is not smog legal
• Will not ship internationally, sorry for the inconvenience

Tech Notes:
Customer’s 2002 CVPI put down 380 rear wheel horsepower and 391 rear wheel torque on 8 pounds of boost through a stock bottom end and 6 speed transmission. Car was tuned on 93 octane and had Stainless Works full header/catback system.  We haven’t had a lot of testing on a Non PI or even an 01+ PI engine with an automatic transmission so don’t have a great benchmark to advertise.  Should see around 300-330 rwhp on a Non Performance Improved engine with an automatic transmission and around 350-370 on a Performance Improved engine.  We’ll update numbers as more customers have installed and dyno tested these systems.
