There are two different style fuel rail pressure sensors that Ford used on the returnless fuel systems on these cars and you need to correctly identify them before ordering the Edelbrock Intake Manifold Swap kit. Below I’ll go over some of the differences:
03-04 Panthers:
The 03-04 fuel rail pressure sensor has a smaller hole (~0.40″ in dia) and the bolts to hold the sensor to the rail are futher apart (2.13″ apart) The sensor looks as follows:
05-11 Panthers:
The 05-11 fuel rail pressure sensor has a larger hole (~0.59″ in dia) and the bolts to hold the sensor to the rail are closer together (1.66″ apart) The sensor looks as follows:
